What Syncors AI will never do
These capabilities are intentionally absent from the product. Syncors does not build, host, or resell any tool that produces synthetic media.
Human in the loop
Every AI output is a draft or suggestion. A person on your team reviews and approves it before any message is sent, any post is published, or any campaign changes.
Text and analytics only
The assistant reads and writes text and produces numeric analytics. It has no capability to create images, audio, or video — that surface simply does not exist in the product.
Scoped per workspace
AI only ever sees the data inside the specific client workspace it is working in. Data is isolated at the workspace level and never mixed between clients.

How your data is handled
Which AI models we use
Syncors uses third-party large language models (currently OpenAI) accessed over their API to generate the text outputs described above. We do not train our own foundation models, and we do not produce any generative image, audio, or video models.
Your data is not used to train third-party models
Content sent to our model provider is used only to return a result for that request. We use API access under terms that do not permit your data to be used to train the provider’s models. Customer content is never sold.
What the AI can access
The assistant only accesses the data within the client workspace where it is invoked — for example, the messages in a conversation you are replying to. It cannot reach across workspaces or agencies. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention, and sub-processors.
Our website assistant
The chat assistant on this website ("Nova") answers questions about Syncors from a fixed product knowledge base. It generates text only, cannot access any customer account, and refers account-specific, billing, or technical questions to a human at support@syncors.com. It never generates images, audio, or video.
Staying compliant
Because Syncors never generates synthetic media, it falls outside the categories of AI content restricted by payment networks and platform policies. Our AI is a productivity assistant for licensed agency users operating on their own and their clients’ accounts.
